Mee Chiet carried the hygienic supplies and noodles to the orphanage in Kompong Speu

 Mee Cheit brought the temperature thermometers, hand washes, masks and 120 cases of noodles to the Orphan Care and Training Organization in Kompong Speu on 07 April 2020.

After presenting the above materials, Mee Chiet team shown the kids at the organization about how to wear mask and clean hand correctly to protect from the virus.

 

Mr. Chunhieng Thavaseth, the head of marketing of Mee Chiet, said that “in this current situation, we have to gather together to fight against to the Covid-19. As one nation, we are Khmer; we have to help ones the others as what we can.”

He added, “what we do today is under the principle of Khmer Helps Khmer. We always reserve the budget from selling the noodle to store at the foundation of Mee Chiet for supporting Cambodian society.”

Mr. Moeun Chamroeun, the general director of the organization, addressed that his organization is in needs of the hygiene materials and food such as instant noodle. And the contribution of Mee Chiet has made the center an ease to the operation during this pandemic of Covid-19.

This is the second time that Mee Chiet brought the hygiene materials and noodles to orphanage center in April. On 3 April, Mee Chiet brought the above-mentioned materials to the orphanage center in Phnom Penh.

Not only this charity, Mee Chiet also has joint in many social activities in Phnom Penh and provinces as the acts of charity and the acts to promote for blood donation.

Mee Chiet is a Khmer product produced by Cambodians since the end of 2019. Mee Chiet has 3 flavors: beef stew, chicken soup and minced pork under the operations of Japanese machines and the Japanese technology.
