Job Summary
This position seems very similar to DSR in Van Sales in PP, base on job requirement need him to work in a group of 3 members in one Van to do travel sales from province to province with the assigned destination and a certain job within a specific time to ensure it is alignment with sales and brad plan. So, this position will need a person to perform as DSR and team leader in a Van to perform a job. The result will be as a team result.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily implement direct sales distribution to wet market and home store under specific location (outskirt of PP) assigned by SE.
- Deliver sales and distribution target as daily base,
- implement stock rotation program FIFO and keep the freshness level at retail store.
- Implement sales promotion at retailers.
- Reporting all the product feedbacks to immediate line manager via consumer dialog program.
- Ensure tools of sales are used properly and appropriately.
- Build a very good relationship with trade and gain more support from those trade to sell more our product.
- Identify key supply hup who is qualify enough to be MC’s sales distribution agent to coverage the target markets.
- Recommend the Interlink of sales and supply from w/s to sub w/s, from sub w/s to retailers, or find the key supplier of the existing competitors to do MC.
- Join support of the brand promotion activities as well as adhoc supports to any requirement by RSM.
- Delivery a very god visibilities drive along the main road and all across regions.
Key Challenges
- Multi tasks assignment, be on own discipline in delivering result.
- Covering the sales and distribution in wet market need more skills and adapting experiences with traditional purchase behavior base on individual customers.
Qualifications
- Education: Finish high school or BA
- Experiences:
- FMCG industry for 1 year or more
- Skills and knowledge:
- Driving skill is a plus
- Stock control on truck
- Sales and distribution the new products.
- Team leadership skill
