Mee Chiet Staff Attended in Leadership Training
Mee Chiet staff attended a training on the introduction to leadership which organized by One Fraternity Co. Ltd on 27 and 28 of August. The training was attended by the middle management staff of N.V.C Corporation Co. Ltd, One More Manufacturing Co. Ltd, One Fraternity Co. Ltd, and One More Restaurant.
Mr. Lau Vann a managing director of One More Limited addressed that leadership is a core of development. Everyone can become a leader upon the knowledge, problem solving and goal setting.
To be a leader, the individual has to learn about his or her strengths and weaknesses, and has the abilities to sharpen the strengths and to adjust the weakness to be the strength. Considering a respected person as a role model is the inspiration to leadership. Being born in a poor condition is not a mistake of parents, it is about the individual who lead the way to live, Mr. Lau Vann recommended.
Mr. Lau Vann believed that the training will take part to strengthen and promote the capacities of the staff on leadership skill and they can apply at the daily workplace.
As a speaker in the training, Mr. Tech Menh a general manager of One Fraternity Co. Ltd recommended that through his experiences, hardworking, belief to company growth, improvement of revenue, direction setting and patience are the core value of leader.
Furthermore, Mr. Tech Mech added that good leader should be good at observation both on personal individual and the others in order to be confident in leading.
The training has lasted two days which focus on core points of leadership such as definition, quality of leader, knowing your self, leading the others, discussion and others relevance.
