Mee Chiet​​ with cabbage soup

The seventh menu is Mee Chiet​​ with cabbage soup!

Ingredients

  • Mee Chiet- Minced pork
  • 350ml of water
  • Cabbages
  • Scallion
  • 100g of chopped pork
  • Parsley
  • Pepper

Instructions

Now let’s see how we all cook:

  • First, we marinate 100g of chopped pork with less than a half pack of Mee Chiet seasoning
  • Then we boil 350ml of water and put 3 large slices of cabbage and garlic in water.
  • We boil the cabbages for a little while and then take it out
  • Afterward, boil some scallion into boiled water, allow it to soften, then remove
  • Now we roll the pork with boiled cabbages, and put it in boiling
  • Then we add Mee Chiet seasoning and oil into the water
  • Finally, we cook the cabbage for about 5 minutes and put Mee Chiet in the soup.

Now the dish is done!
