Chicken feet salad with Mee Chiet

The fifth menu is Chicken feet salad with Mee Chiet!

Ingredients

  • Mee Chiet- Chicken Soup
  • 5 Chicken foot
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 pepper
  • 50g of onion
  • Celery

Instructions

Now let’s see how we all cook:

  • First, we need to boil chicken foot for 25 to 30 minutes
  • When the chicken foot are well cooked, extract them in cold water before mixing them
  • Then, we combine ingredients into a bowl; includes lemon juice, sugar, Mee Chiet seasoning and oil, sliced pepper and onion
  • We then put the chicken foot in a bowl of the finished mix
  • Now we put boiled Mee Chiet in a bowl and stir it well
  • Lastly we add the celery in, mix well and set aside.

Now the dish is done!
