The second menu is Mee Chiet rolling with quail egg

Ingredients

  • Mee Chiet- Minced Pork
  • 200g of pork
  • 7 quail eggs
  • 1 egg
  • Green garlic
  • Oil (for fries)
  • Sweet sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Now let’s see how we all cook:

  • First, boil quail eggs for 5 minutes, then peel the shell
  • While waiting for the quail eggs to boil, we sprinkle 200g of pork chops with a half of noodle seasoning, then add green garlic in.
  • Then, we crack a pack of Mee Chiet
  • Whip one egg in a bowl
  • Wrap the boiled quail eggs with pork chops and dip it in mixed egg, then dip in the Mee Chiet
  • Finally place to fry and wait for it to fully cooked.

Now the dish is done!

This dish is even more delicious with sweet sauce.
