Mee Chiet fried with spicy beef

The first menu is Mee Chiet fried with spicy beef!

Ingredients

  • Mee Chiet- Beef Stew
  • Beef 200g
  • Lime leaf
  • Ginger
  • Ginger
  • Chili powder
  • Sugar
  • Oil

Instructions

Now let’s see how we cook:

  • First, slice 200g of beef into long pieces
  • Sprinkle beef with a half of noodle seasoning
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, then fry beef strips
  • Once the beef is nearly cooked, fry the noodle and some ingredient such as lemongrass, basil leaves, and ginger in the frying pan until crispy and golden brown for 2-3 minutes
  • Remove from oil, and stir in the chili powder, sugar and Mee Chiet seasoning.
  • Mix well and set aside.
