Understanding about UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Cambodia
These wonderful sites and statues in Cambodia are put into World Heritage for all human being by UNESCO are following;
- Angkor Wat was listed into World Heritage site on December 14, 1992.
- The Royal Ballet of Cambodia, or “Apsara Dance” was listed into Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity Registered on November 7, 2003
- Preah Vihear Temple was listed into World Heritage site on on July 7, 2007
- Sbèk Thom, Khmer Shadow Theater was listed into Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity Registered on November 25, 2015
- Teanh Prot Game or Tug of War was listed into World Heritage Statue on December 2, 2015.
- Cha Pey Dong Veng was listed into Intangible Cultural Heritage Needs Urgent Registration on November 30, 2016
- Temple Zone of Sambor Prei Kuk, Archaeological Site of Ancient Ishanapura was listed into World Heritage List Registered on July 8, 2017
- Shadow Puppet Show or Lhorn Wat Svay Andet was listed Intangible Cultural Heritage Needs Urgent Registration on November 28, 2018
