A journey to create the sustainable growth with OFL
One Fraternity Co., Ltd., a contributed company of Vital Premium Water and Mee Chiet, organized a workshop of “Organization Growth Journey” on 5th June 2020 at Garden City Hotel, attended by nearly 100 of middle and senior management teams from various functions of the company.
The workshop intended to introduce the participants the transformational strategies for the sustain growth of the organization. From leadership mindset and strategic concept to the innovative strategies, the workshop showcased how the top management build a genuine transformational strategy.
“It is a great initiation for the team to introduce this such a workshop happen, bringing the precious business concept to the participants,” Lau Van, managing director of OFL said adding that it has encouraged the staff to understand about the developed stage of the company.
To strengthen the capacity of the staff, OFL has set the priorities to bring more workshops and training to the staff.
