Grilled Prahok with Mee Chiet

The sixth menu is Grilled Prahok with Mee Chiet!

Ingredients

  • Mee Chiet- Chicken Soup
  • 1/2tablespoon of Prahok
  • 2 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • Lemongrass
  • Chili
  • Lotus leaves
  • Lemon
  • Cucumber
  • Winged bean

Instructions

Now let’s see how we all cook:

  • First we boil the noodle and let it dry
  • We then have to get ready to mix the Prahok sauce
  • We put 1/2 tablespoon of Prahok, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, chopped chili into a bowl
  • Then we add Mee Chiet seasoning and oil into a bowl and mix them well
  • After that, we mix boiled noodle with Prahok sauce and pack it in the lotus leave to grill
  • We then add sliced chili, lemongrass, lemon left
  • We grill the lotus leaves for about 10 minutes until it is well-cooked.

Now the dish is done!
